We offer a variety of well-being programs and resources to keep our employees healthy both physically and mentally. Wellness Program
To be eligible for a wellness credit, you must be enrolled in a Graham medical plan and will need to visit your Primary Care Physician (PCP) for a Wellness Screening within 60 days of the date you and/or your spouse/domestic partner enroll in medical coverage during the 2021 calendar year.

Accessing 2020 Wellness Results
To access your results from the previous wellness vendor, Wellness Corporate Solutions/My Right Choice, please contact their customer care team and they will be able to pull results. They can be reached by phone at 844-251-6524 or email at support@lescustomercare.zendesk.com.
