The Employee Assistance Program provides confidential resources to receive clinical counseling 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The EAP is staffed with trained professionals who can handle a variety of counseling needs related to work or personal issues. All information is confidential and is not shared with the Company.
The program can provide you with a wealth of information in many areas of your life, such as family and relationships issues, including parenting skills, marriage, divorce, and communicating effectively. Emotional health services are also offered and include things such as alcohol and drug abuse assistance, anger management, stress, and grief and loss counseling. Additionally, you are able to receive support for financial services such as budgeting, debt management, and tax issues.
Services provided include:
- Up to 6 free sessions per issue per year
- Services are available virtually via phone, video and other online tools through ComPsych's telehealth solutions
